A service catalog backed by engineering and explicit release controls.
A live catalog
The website reads service descriptions, capabilities, documentation and plan definitions from PostgreSQL through the platform API. It does not invent products or customer metrics. New registered service records appear without editing frontend code.
Repository-to-service coverage
Every repository captured in a weekly Trending snapshot must receive a source assessment, SaaS concept and durable lifecycle record. Complexity, competition and engineering effort cannot silently remove a technically feasible project. Blockers require an alternative investigation.
Engineering and release
Codex engineering works in isolated workspaces. Independent QA evaluates the resulting artifact. Security, performance, rights and deployment checks are required before release. Staging success does not imply production publication.
Continuous improvement
Service issues, customer feedback, meaningful alerts and dependency changes should create deduplicated improvement work. Autonomous execution remains subject to owner-approved quotas and permissions.
